Our policy:
A 28-day notice is required prior to cancellation.
Memberships canceled within the first 28 days of becoming a member incur a $50 early-cancellation fee.
Memberships can be paused up to three months to get caught up on credits, after which they will reactivate at the original rate.
Credits expire after 6 months of issue date.
You can pause your membership up to 3 months. After that, it will automatically restart.
Members can pause their membership once per year.
If a membership has been started and then cancelled within 28 days of creation, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. After 28 days, no fee applies.
